Prosciutto di Parma is a good, healthy and genuine product. It contains no preservatives or additives and the result is a tasty and completely natural product. Two other ingredients are added to the pork leg and salt: time and the dry, delicate wind of the fragrant Parma hills. The uniqueness of this territory – an extremely limited area of the province of Parma – is precisely that of having the ideal climatic conditions for natural maturing, which will give that unmistakable sweetness and taste to Parma Ham.

Our company was founded in 1996 in Langhirano (Parma) as a cured meat and cheese processing plant. To date, we have a factory of over 2000m2 of surface area where we produce and select the highest quality products.
