Right of withdrawal (CONSUMER CODE Legislative Decree 206/05 and Legislative Decree 21/2014)
IL SALUMIERE PARMA SRL guarantees that products will be delivered equal to those indicated and described on the site and compliance with all rules regarding the conservation of the products until delivery to the place indicated in the order. The manufacturer’s responsibility applies to all products sold. In the case of packaged products, the manufacturer is also responsible for the truthfulness and completeness of the information on the packaging. The images on the site are provided to the Customer to facilitate recognition of the products; Due to variations in packaging by the manufacturer, the photos may not exactly reflect the appearance of the delivered product.
As required by the Consumer Code Legislative Decree 206/05 (ex right of withdrawal) and by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customers of IL SALUMIERE PARMA SRLenjoy the money back guarantee with the possibility of returning the purchased products within 14 working days of receipt, except in the case of products which due to their nature cannot be returned.
How to request a refund
You must send a letter or email to IL SALUMIERE PARMA SRL within 3 working days of receiving the goods.

In the communication, the Customer must indicate the product or products for which he intends to exercise the right of withdrawal.
– To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to return the purchased products, in good state of conservation and with original labels not removed.
– The packaging of the products must be accurate, in order to protect the original packaging from damage, writing or labels.
– The products must be returned by mail express courier at your own expense.
– We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method as it will not be the responsibility of IL SALUMIERE PARMA SRL loss, non-receipt or damage to the material sent.
– The goods will be refunded by IL SALUMIERE PARMA SRL after having verified the content and condition of the products, within 14 days of receiving the communication from the customer.
IL SALUMIERE PARMA SRL will provide a full refund of the expenses incurred by the customer during the purchase.
